my order? Then the answer is given below:
If it’s a COD/CCD order then you can do this:
You can easily cancel your COD or a CCD order any time prior to its shipment
and more about here. Registered customers can check the varied order details
by clicking on "My Orders or on the cancellation button". This will show you all
your existing orders under Order Summary and you can know more about the
orders. You can easily click on the Purchase Id if you want to cancel. You can
also click on "Cancel Order and cancellation" next to your Order Id where you
wish to cancel any product.
If you do a Pre-paid order then you have to follow these kinds of rules:
Suppose, if you wish to cancel an order, then you can to contact to our Customer
Support team and let us know more reasons for it. Our Subject Matter Experts
will give you a best review about to taking a reason for your cancellation request
and will try to resolve the problem if possible. If you still do not wish to continue
with your order, then we’ll cancel it without any further delay or more things. Once
the order is cancelled, then a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID or login Id where you can easily get your results.
Transit Risk
All orders sent by us are fully insured at no extra cost to customers.
In case of loss of order while 'in transit', trademela shall re-process the order.
However, trademela shall not be responsible for loss of packages during transit or any damages to package (full or partial), once the same has been delivered by the courier agency at the address provided by the customer at the time of placing of order.
Delay in Shipment
Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item is indicative (3-5 working days) and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
However benefits such as some store credit to be used for future orders, free gift etc can be allowed on case to case basis. If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
Returns
We have 7 days return policy. You can get a full refund of your order value, if intimated within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
• Item is used or not returned in original condition
• Damages due to misuse of the product.
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
• Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
