Generally our terms and conditions depend on various issues which are given

1. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

We provide order according to delivery and may take only 3-4 business days
from the date of your confirmation. The delivery options is mention on our product
pages and however, the fact is that the delivery time is depends on the
availability of products with the umpteen options such as shipping address,
merchant and the guidelines of courier company's or any other circumstances
shipping charges which can be applicable on some products and more.
1.2.
The any products purchased during some special promotions, it easily
replaced or returned.
1.3.
If there is found any fraudulent activities that may include creation of duplicate
accounts, and aliasing or violation of terms & conditions will lead to the order
cancellation.
1.4. Anaadee reserves the right to change or they easily cancel any promotion
at also its sole discretion.
2.Easy replacement and more about us:
We offer easy replacement for all products sold on Anaadee.com, under
certain various conditions which are mentioned below. Customers will notify us of
any damage or defect within 72 hours from the date of receipt and also from the
delivery of the products. If in the case of transit damages, the issue has to be
reported within 48 hours, where we may not be able to accept your complaint and
more. We may easily ask you to share the images of the product and also the
internal & external packaging material that reliable for you. If we agree to replace
or any kind of change, the defective/damaged product will be replaced with a
brand new product at no extra cost. In case customer fails to inform us within the
stipulated time period, then we take action of reserves the right to accept or reject
such request at its discretion. We will try to replace the specific product ordered.
However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the
product is Out of Stock or discontinued by the manufacturer.
The replacement guarantee is valid only within some time period or in cases of
manufacturing defects and transport damages.
Return policy is not valid for perishable products such as Cakes, Flowers,
Chocolates, etc. If one comes across any issue with these products, they are
advised to contact our customer support team within 24 hours. We will try to
resolve the complaint in the best possible manner; however, it’s not guaranteed
that we’ll be able to provide replacement/refund request.
If you facing some damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of
the customer or Digital content such as e-books so that is not returnable at all.
3.CHANGES AND CANCELLATION ACCORDING TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS::
At any item additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to
accepted your orders which will be modified in the order details. All sales are
final, which is provided, however, item cancellations and quantity reductions may
be made before the order is shipped. We offers you that without liability, cancel
any accepted order before any shipment if our credit department does not
approve your credit or if there are other problems which you face with the
payment mode that is selected by you. We also provide free shipping which is
applicable on few selected products only and also remember that deal- based
free shipping which remains active for the limited time period only. We deducted
only some of amount from the shipping charges when you purchased some of
products such as Laptops, televisions and Air Conditioners and more.
